Microchip USA is a fast-growing technology distributor headquartered in Tampa, FL. We are a crucial supplier for some of the world's largest manufacturers, sourcing and distributing high-end electronic components like semiconductors, integrated circuits, FPGAs, MCUs, and many more. We solve complex supply chain problems for our clients.

We’re looking for a skilled Client Success Representative who will be tasked with building and maintaining positive relationships with our clients, ensuring they are satisfied with our company's services, and actively working to help them achieve their goals by providing support, training, and guidance throughout their customer journey. The Client Success Representative will ultimately aim to increase customer retention and loyalty, all while upholding our company’s core values of Efficiency, Dedication, and Excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Client inquiry management
- Effectively communicate order errors and requirements between the company and clients
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure we are giving clients accurate order status updates via email and phone
- Document and update client records based in the operating CRM
- Find innovative ways to enhance client experience from start to finish of a deal
- Represent the company's core values of being Transparent, Innovative, and Efficient
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in client success or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Emails, Internet, CRM)
This is a full-time position. The job is in-office, in-person only. Reliable transportation to the office is required. Our working hours are Monday to Thursday, 9:00 to 5:30, and Friday from 9:00 to 4:30 at our office in Tampa.
