Microchip USA is a fast-growing technology distributor headquartered in Tampa, FL. We are a crucial supplier for some of the world's largest manufacturers, sourcing and distributing high-end electronic components like semiconductors, integrated circuits, FPGAs, MCUs, and many more. We solve complex supply chain problems for our clients.

The job is a full-cycle sales position. You will develop a client base by making outbound cold calls, qualifying inbound sales leads, and finding new opportunities as market conditions change. You will give sales presentations to senior-level executives. You will engage in complex, high-value negotiations and see opportunities through to the finish line.

Would Like to Have
- Experience in cold call and/or door-to-door sales
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience using a CRM
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Resourceful, high-energy, coachable, and open to change
- Fluent in Spanish or Portuguese
This is a full-time position. The job is in-person only. Our working hours are Monday to Thursday, 9:00 to 5:30, and Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM at our office in Tampa. Our ideal candidates are hardworking, always curious, constantly ready to learn, and self-motivated people. We are looking for candidates to take initiative and make those calls that need to be made around the world. You'll have key card access to get in as early as you want to work European accounts and you'll have plenty of company if you stay past 5:30 to work the West Coast.
