The Opportunity
We are looking to add driven, high-energy professionals to our growing team. This role serves as a key liaison between clients, internal teams, and external partners, with the overall goal of client satisfaction.
This position requires strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a balance of customer-facing responsibilities and backend coordination.
What You’ll Do
· Coordinates shipping, including arrangements, issue resolution, and order tracking.
· Partners with operations to ensure accurate order updates and client communication.
· Communicates professionally with all stakeholders.
· Maintains client records and CRM; prepares and issues invoices.
· Manages logistics regulations, tariffs, and customs requirements.
· Demonstrates company values in all internal and external interactions.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management or related fields
Supply chain management experience
Experience with CRM software
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Computer proficient with Microsoft Office
Compensation & Benefits
$60,000 per year Base Salary

Full-time, in-office role based in _______________
Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST / 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM CST (includes a paid lunch break and afternoon break)
Fridays: performance-based early release
