Summary:
An Order Support Specialist is responsible for ensuring a seamless client experience while coordinating logistics and client success processes that support timely service delivery. This role serves as a key liaison between clients, internal teams, and external partners, ensuring client satisfaction, accurate order fulfillment, and operational efficiency. This position requires strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a balance of customer-facing responsibilities and backend coordination.
Responsibilities:
Maintains client order pipeline and inquiry management processes. Ensures accurate shipping information, logistics documentation, and client order processing.
Coordinates transportation actions to include, but not limited to, shipping arrangements, shipping error corrections, and tracking of shipping orders.
Collaborates with the operations department to provide accurate order status updates and proper client communications.
Provides professional communications to all key stakeholders.
Manage client records and CRM updates; prepare and distribute order bills and invoices.
Understands logistics regulations and manages tariff and customs issues. Provides customs support, tracks, and manages custom requirements.
Exemplifies organizational core values when communicating with internal and external key stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management or related fields
Supply chain management experience
Experience with CRM software
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Computer proficient with Microsoft Office
