The Opportunity
We are looking to add driven, high-energy professionals to our growing team. This is a full-cycle sales role where you will build your own book of business, develop relationships with key decision-makers, and operate in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
This is not a transactional sales role; this is about problem-solving, market awareness, and creating value for clients in real time.
What You’ll Do
Build and manage your own client portfolio through outbound outreach and inbound opportunities
Develop relationships with procurement, supply chain, and executive-level contacts
Identify and capitalize on market opportunities as conditions shift
Navigate and close complex, high-value transactions
Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver a seamless client experience
Stay informed on market trends, pricing, and availability
What We’re Looking For
Strong work ethic and a high level of personal accountability
Competitive, driven, and motivated by performance and earnings
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Coachable, adaptable, and eager to learn
Sales experience (cold calling or similar) is a plus, but not required
Compensation & Benefits
$50,000 base salary + uncapped commission
Typical first-year earnings: $100,000–$125,000+
Flat 10% commission on gross profit (no tiers or thresholds)

Work Environment
Full-time, in-office role based in Houston, Texas
Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST / 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM CST (includes a paid lunch break and afternoon break)
Fridays: performance-based early release
